Mario is a popular and classic Nintendo character. From the very beginning of the Nintendo Journey, Mario has always been there. Whether in games by himself or in games with other characters, such as Luigi or Yoshi, Mario Switch games are usually a hit. There are many great games that Mario has to offer. Although difficult to narrow down the list, we did succeed. Here are 10 of the best Mario games you can play right now on Switch.
Super Mario Odyssey
If you don’t have any other Mario games on your Switch besides this one, that’s fine. Super Mario Odyssey was a breath of fresh air when Switch was first released in 2017 and it’s still a great game even now.
In the game, you cruise in an Odyssey Balloon with Mario and his new friend Cappy. You visit different kingdoms that have different aesthetics, a certain number of Moons of Power to collect, and much more. There is a lot to explore in this game and the gameplay along the way feels incredible.
Your final mission, of course, is to rescue Princess Peach. But it’s a Mario game, so there’s nothing new there. Boss battles have the same repetitive nature as previous boss battles of Mario, but with unique twists that require Mario to use his friend.
This game can be a two-player experience, but it is best to try it as a single player.
